The third edition of our takeover will include 6 individual gigs featuring 21 bands across the best venues in the district including Night & Day Café, The Castle, Gullivers, Off The Square, Aatma and The Peer Hat! You can purchase individual show tickets or an ‘Access All Shows’ option and try to tackle all 21 bands, all within a 7 minute walking circuit.
The NQ Takeover was pioneered in January 2024 as a way of exploring the best new bands and creating a community in the city for one night and after two successful editions, we are back in 2025 to kick off the new year in style and shake those January blues!
